Description

HDPE I4 is a High-Density Polyethylene, also known as Arak HDPE I4 or Amir Kabir HDPE I4 (GD 7255). It is primarily processed through injection molding.

Processing Information

Injection Molding Temperature: Recommended processing temperatures range from 200°C to 280°C, essential for achieving optimal results during manufacturing.

  • High impact strength, low warping tendency, and suitability for thick-walled, highly stressed containers.

  • Thick-Walled Transport Containers: Used for highly stressed applications such as refuse bins and fish crates, which require durability and strength.
  • Screw Caps: Suitable for manufacturing screw caps due to its good sealing properties.
  • Cable Clips: Employed in producing cable clips, benefiting from its toughness and low distortion tendency.
  • Food Contact Applications: HDPE I4 is also suitable for applications involving food contact, adhering to safety standards in food packaging.
