EPS 121HS is a non-flame-retardant expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade supplied in the form of spherical polystyrene beads containing pentane as an expansion agent. During pre-expansion, EPS 121HS can achieve a typical foam density of around 18 kg/m³, depending on the processing equipment, expansion conditions, and required application. Its free-flowing beads support smooth processing and uniform foam formation, making the grade suitable for construction, packaging, insulation, and other lightweight foam applications.
