Description

LLDPE 18B04 is a type of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) specifically produced as a film for a wide range of applications, such as cast film, stretch wrap, and as a blend component for wires and cables. Its high flexibility and strength make it the first choice in many sectors.

  • Butane-1 (C4) Comonomer: Adding butene-1 as a co-polymer to the base material helps with specific properties, such as tear resistance and clarity of the film.
  • Additives: Providing antioxidants, lubricants, and acid scavengers makes the film more durable and processable and has better long-term performance.
  • High Melt Flow Rate (MFR): An MFR of 4-5 g/10 min is an indicator of good flow properties, which are very important for the capabilities of the film extrusion process during manufacturing.
  • Excellent Elongation and Tensile Strength: With elongation in the range of 950/900% and tensile strength reaching 25/23 MPa, the film can be stretched and pulled without the danger of tearing off.
