HD-6040UA is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grade specifically designed for injection molding heavy-duty parts for outdoor applications. It is characterized by its ultra-violet light stabilization, which enhances its durability and longevity in outdoor settings. The presence of butene 1-(C4) as a co-monomer and a medium content of light stabilizer additives contribute to its unique properties, including good impact strength, excellent surface finish, and resistance to weathering.
